☹️ please can anyone help,i have music on my micro sd card i cansee that it is there but i cant seem to play them,can anyone tell me what the problem is and help me in playing the music 🤭 thanks

1. make sure all mp3 / wav files are in the "my music" folder
2. make sure no files are in sub folders (all files should be directly viewable in the 'my music' folder
3. you may need to reformat the card and restart
