My husband will be going to Okinawa Japan in August. What is the best way to stay in touch...we are stuck with Sprint right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm pretty sure Sprint doesn't offer international service. If you had Verizon you could go through Rent-A-Phone & get a PDC handset with airtime charged to your VZW bill. There have to be companies that will rent you a phone for the short term - be prepared to shell out a nice bundle, though.
