Using a cell phone as a modem for faxing (WITHOUT data)

I have a Motorola V365 (GSM) with T-Mobile. Recently, I switched my land-line over to T-Mobile as well for VoIP. In the past, I've always used Windows fax with a modem to send faxes, but, now that I'm on VoIP, that's now impossible (incompatible).

I'm trying to find a way to connect my phone (via USB) and use it as a modem (on nights and weekends) to send faxes like before. I don't want to use one of those rip-off internet fax companies, and I don't want to have to get a land-line. My call phone plan doesn't include data.

From what I've found, I installed Motorola Phone Tools, the phone modem drivers, and the computer recognizes the phone as a modem. Good so far. I can dial a number from my computer desktop (with the application) and c...
