Upon a few days reflection, following the finale of the best show ever...
CDMA & GSM are passing away, and the new technology of LTE calls them both parents. The best qualities of both have been integrated into what is going to be the standard going forward.
There's ever increasing detente between the two, and though there's still some residual contention, there's only going to be harmonious convergence going forward.

Also; I freely admit A) crying when Kara says goodbye to Anders, and B) being totally shocked as to what happens when she says goodbye to Apollo.
