I have the motorola rokr. And my middle button the black piece around it fell off. anyone know of anything i can use to put it back on and make it stick?

Yes, super glue, be careful not to use too much!
I would get a toothpick, put some on a piece of paper, dip the toothpick in the superglue, then apply to the button itself in the dead center, then put back, press down until the button clicks and hold for 30seconds, let dry for an hour before resuming regular use.
