SDHC cards?

Okay, so I know what an SD card is, but I've seen some ads for an "SDHC" card that looks exactly like an SD card. Does anyone know what this is exactly?

the HC in SDHC stands for high capacity. to my knowledge, regular SD cards can only handle 4GB or less. the SDHC can go as high as 32GB from what ive read. not all phones/devices can handle an SDHC card so make sure you check your phone/device before buying a high capacity card. they also make high capacity cards in the mini and micro sd as well.

on the devices, i have an 8 gig in my mogul, and i pop it in to others and wonder why nothing registers and i realize "duh, i have an 8 gig"
