is there a reader/ sw that will let you see and manipulate the info on the sim card??

please no lectures on legalities,
im 42 and stupid

yea you can get a reader off ebay for like 10 bucks as for software its out there ??

what you looking to do ?

im just curious abot formatting, cloning, data partitions...etc a little knowledge is a dangerous thing
