I don't want a home phone
but I want my cell phone to ring in multiple locations. Is there a bluetooth/wireless phone set up that we could use this way?

Assuming you do, there's a solution I know of called the "Dock-N-Talk" made by PhoneLabs. You hook your cell phone into it and it connects your phone to a landline phone.

No. my neighbor uses it, u just have to have a base phone that has other phones connected to it, so that it can go all over the house, it works great!
