Yes, Virgin is working to deploy BREW, so they should have downloadable games.
I'm actually not sure what their next phone will be.
I haven't heard anything specific about whether they will offer PTT. I imagine they will eventually, but there are some challenges.
Specifically, the fact that they use Sprint's network complicates things. They could use the same technology as Sprint and piggyback on their system, or they could deploy their own PTT system (yes, it would be theoretically possible with certain PTT technologies). Either way, there are technical hurdles and handset issues.
It is somewhat encouraging that they have a good relationship with Kyocera, which has announced intentions to develop PTT phones for at least three different CDMA PTT technologies. But I wouldn't read too much into that - Kyocera does business with many different carriers, and Virgin is known for keeping their offerings simple.
