Apple comes out with a new iPhone every year. They're quite consistent about that. It will ship anywhere between July and October. Probably closer to October.
Since they didn't revamp the design last year, they probably will this year. They're usually quite consistent about that, too. The design gets redone every two years.

Almost no one knows anything else for sure. The rumors were way off last year - and those included "leaked parts" that turned out to be false or fake. This year's rumors are no different, so take them with a massive grain of salt.
