So why did you feel the need to put this in the rumor mill. Still unable to understand a lot of the reps due to being overseas where English appears to be a 3rd language.
Customers here in US let us know all the time how much they enjoy not being able to understand anything they say. Makes the calls we handle here in US sound like being in heaven though we get paid the same as being overseas
. OK we do make min wage here so I guess we have it good.
