I'm not defending anything. There is different verbage to mean the same things. For instance verizon changed Mobile Broadband plans from $59.99 to $50.00 a month. In those situations, all i would ask is if they wanted to save $9.99 a month. I change their plan and they walk away $120 a year richer.
Or if i have to go from an ACII to a nationwide plan to satify upgrade requirements i'll change plans and not think twice about it.
these are things that happen. It has never affected one of my NPS scores nor has it caused me any trouble in the past.
So do you often make broad accusations about things you don't really know anything about? Seems like you're pretty well praticed at it.
