Just after the rumour was put out there I heard a rep tell a cust. "Call us back on Feb 10 (for example only) and we will give you n/w after 7pm" Made me laugh my ass off. I'd hate to be the rep who has to deal with that cust if they arent available when the cust calls in. Especially if he put it in the notes.

3/6 its official. the company is trying to downplay it and not make it official until then in order to avoid longer hold times at customer care. Thats what we were told in our monthly meeting this week. I'm just sick of all the back and forth stuff so i'm clarifying once and for all. $6.99/mo
