all of you people want to fight for the company you work for and not tell the truth.
If you people that say to do your homework actually did your you would all know
A)Sprint is rated the absolute worst in customer service, dropped calls And among the top 5 worst service area's
B) T-mobile (what a joke)Good service and fewer dropped calls as long as your within 3-7 miles (depending on weather and other issues) from an major roadway or intersate. Nation wide No Roaming Correct This was one of the greatest marketing scams. You will never be charged roaming just hope you never have a emergancy 8 miles from an interstate because your phone will not work.Ranked last overall in coverage.
C) Verizon was ranked the best in nationwide coverage and least amount of dropped calls. There in line staff in not very helpful plan on a 2 hour visit if you have a question and don't be suprised if you now have a 2 yr extension on your contact.
D) Cingular a very competitive up and coming company unfortunately not big enoungh to fall in the top 8 carriers so they have not been reveiw by any of the larger studies ( J.D Power)
E) Nextel very useful if you you can justify the high cost and unreasonable credit standards If your in a business were the two way feature is needed there two-way system is far more advanced the verizon's or sprints if you aren't ina busniess get a company that offers Mobile to Mobile mins.Same concept. But they have the same plan as t-Moblie "off our network your phone doesn't work oh well hope you don't need it.
