The Deal wont close until mid dec, and then it will be a few months after that, possibly 6 months, so you are looking at june of 2005 or so. 😁

Just out of curiosity, what are your sources on these dates? I have heard anything from September to mid-2005, now. Is there some sort of press release I'm unaware of?
