"Rev-A is Rev-A"? Give me a break. Stop whinning Verizon!!!

This is post in response to some people I have seen saying that Gizmodo's recent test on data is worthless, because it was "too random" and Sprint and Verizon use the same Rev-A technology, so one can't be faster than the other. People have also said that it isn't accurate because they may have been closer to Sprint towers in these test, which wouldn't make it "fair".

Your claim is ridiculous!!

Saying that EVDO Rev A is the same speed for every Service provider is an un-informed ignorant statement. Saying that is like saying that every car that uses the same type of gasoline can go the same speed!! Speed tests and quality of signal depend more on just the technology that they are employing, the hardware that each carrier uses, the...
