Sprint's A.C.S. KY callcenter got a center-wide raise. It was justified with these words: "To stay competitive in the market, blah blah..." Whatever the reason, I like it! :c)

I've been w/ Sprint since the merger (Im legacy Nextel).. and I honestly havent seen any negative change (at least in the workplace). I've seen the stock drop... but for what? I guess the rep. of our customer service dept. As far as the network goes.. we are as good as anyone.. and phone lineups.. well you can def. get more out of your phone w/ Sprint than anyone elses... so... Im not understanding your msg.
