Truth be told, I could commit up to $200, I just don't really want to unless it's really worth it. I'd rather drop $200 for something I like than $100 on something marginal. 
Also, something I was randomly thinking of...
Various things up on E-Bay keep mentioning phones w/o Sim Cards. Now, of course, I have one in my Motorola phone, and I don't intend on selling it (due to it's poor condition, it works better as a backup emergency phone), but can I yank the Sim card out of my Motorola and throw it in an Nokia or Samsung if I end up buying one of those without a problem? I'm pretty sure you can, but it's a question worth asking before dropping $...
