i have been reading the post and some people don't realize that some may get behind on their bills because of things out of their control like lost of job / sickness / major unexpected bill / devoice / and a lot of other things so its more to it than saying pay your bills on time. some carriers do charge to much for a deposit how many people do you know that would run a phone bill up to 500.00 in one month.some people that have gotten behind in the past may make a good paying customer if giving a chance.
