can anyone suggest a phone?

I have a client asking me to do produce a cell phone app for him, but first we need to find the right phone/device to do it on. Here are the central criteria:

must support usb-otg/host
must support J2ME
large screen (assume minimum 240x320)
touch screen would be nice
should probably stick with AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, or T-Mobile.

Any thoughts?
