I've modified a Jaguar audio system to accept a wireless phone audio output. Worked awesome! Good luck finding someone who is comfortable with this job and who knows what they're doing.

I've also built a StarTac handsfree system to play audio through my audio system. It consists of a speaker-to-line level converter (from the speaker outputs of the StarTac HFK to my amplifiers). That sounds better than most OEM handsfree systems (OnStar for example) because my audio system is also used for sound quality competition.

Most people don't have an elaborate audio system in their vehicles, so this setup can be modified slightly... which I have done with poor success. I used an FM modulator with the speaker outputs to inject the audio directly into the antenna line to the stereo. This caused a lot of reception problems and I don't think I will try it again.
