I distribute them- to be honest we have not moved a ton of them - those we have sold have not come back- that is a positive. I think that the looks steer people away(my opinion). I have used the piece and was not all that impressed- the speaker looks like it goes in the ear- but it hovers- if you are looking for an in the ear- checkout the plantronics 510,340,and 640 are excellent- also the new Samsund WEP-200 is a stand-out.If you wish to stay with motorola- the h500 is a workhorse
