Review of Navjack carbon fiber case

by cooooljoe    Mar 4, 2010, 8:51 PM

This is a review of Navjack carbon fiber case handcrafted by Taiwanese company.
It looks like the Moncarbone case ( JQY) I mentioned it before.
They both seem well made and durable.

Recently, I've been spending money on purchasing some cool accessories.
I first bought the Incase Slider White for my device and found it unappealing and boring with its thickness.
I then moved on to purchase the iSkin Solo Red Case and found that it did not look good with darker device.
I was debating on whether or not to buy the CandyShell iPhone case, but then I discovered this case:

The photos were taken by my digital cam GRD3.
Take a look at the photos I took. I did it at the office so it was not that easy. ... »

This is the exterior packaging. Nothing special, clean, doesn't look cheap, and looks normal. ... »

Looks like it is 100% carbon fiber materials used to make the case. Strength and durability is what that is saying about it.
Google it and you will see that this stuff is expensive, great material and high tech. ... »

Back of the packaging does not say much. ... »

Made in Taiwan. ... »

The case, LCD protective film and cleaning cloth.
I was already using fingerprint protective screen on my phone so I really could not review the one that came with the case. ... »

oooOO~ Take a look at this beautiful pattern. So shiny~ so Glossy~ so fresh and so clean~
Actually if you feel the unit you will not feel the actual pattern of the carbon fiber since there is a clear coat.
And the weight is so very light…It feels like there is nothing there seriously messes with your tactile senses.
Of course the item is so thin that if you push from one side you can actually feel the impression you make. ... »

If you look at the interior the texture is hard to describe…a little soft, smooth, or natural.
Well the texture looks like it is that way to keep dust off and your phone from getting scratched up. ... »

Very nice~ There is the case with my iPhone actually attached to it. Doesn't that look sexy? ... » ... » ... » ... »

Everything fits like a glove and the great thing is that the case is easy to put on and it can be removed pretty smoothly.
The case is always secure during use and feels secure on my phone.
I was told that it allows you to dock your iphone without removing the case.
I didn't actually try that, but just looking at it you know you most likely can.

The only drawback is that the case does not fully cover the chrome part of your iPhone,
but it seems like a design concept to keep the case from getting bulky.
I just reviewed this product after 5 minutes of ownership upon receipt.

It can be purchased from Amazon.
