I bought a 1 gb micro SD card for my Samsung D 807 and I can't get it to store anything. I tried formatting it and creating a folder but it hasn't stored anything. Does the phone's internal memory have to fill up first before it goes on the chip?

Not to familiar with the phone, but the phone memory shouldn't have to be full to start storing on the card. There is also an option in most phones under settings; memory. It asks where you want to save pictures/videos/sounds. I know this doesn't exactly answer your question but I hope it helps anyway.

I have a 1gb card in mine too.. i've never had that problem. we you go to your music, select options and go to option seven which says move to memory card. It's not going to automatically save it to the memory card.
