CANNOT OPEN FILE!message..

when trying to download pictures of web,everything was working fine but now it brings up this message,did a reset on the device LG-ENCORE but still the same...any other troubleshooting??

are you talking about web browsing or picture mail? if you're talking about web browsing that phone only has a WAP browser so if you're trying to view HTML files on the web browser, there's nothing you can do to make it work.
