Picture & Video messaging on a Samsung Phone

Does anybody know of some kind of update/program/game I can download for my Samsung T439 where I can send a video message to someone else that is ABOVE the phone's set limit of 295KB?

No because most carriers sending files/pics/videos to another use the internet for files above 300k. So if your on att for example and do not have media net or unlimited internet you will be charged per kb over the 300 limit. On second note you will not be able to change that limit.

i think its actually 276kb limit on the mms's
