the best customer care? that is a f-ing joke. I have a consumer plan and every time I need to make a change not only does it take me an hour to get person on the phone but after the change is made my plan gets so screwed up it takes 3 hours to get it corrected after I get billed.
ps I sold sprint for 9 yrs so I know how to make changes correctly. the people in india apparently do not
