Help my touch diamond with Sprint is supposed to be able to run the Phone as modem, the problem is The instructions that the guide is giving isnt working at all

Dude chances are you'll get 100 times better chances of getting help by calling CCARE or the HTC support desk (god only knows that their number is).
Have fun if you call sprint through 😁 Its a crack up every time.

Give Sprint's Customer Care a call and ask to speak with someone in Advanced/Tier 2 Technical Support for assistance in configuration.
