Wireless internet via data cable and dial-up

I have two different customers with the same problem. They both have laptops and are trying to use their cell phones to dial into their ISP. Each one receives a message saying unable to connect to computer. Of course, the drivers are installed correctly, and there are no conflicts. I'm hoping there is a piece of software available for download which makes this possible. One is a Motorola v551, which can only make voice calls using phone tools 2 (or 3), and the other is a Samsung X427m, which cannot make voice calls using samsungs easyGPRS software.

Has anyone found a program that will allow dial-up connections via usb cable?

feel my jealousy... world of warcraft is my burning addiction!

I'm dealing with GSM networks, however, and having the data network separate from voice is throwing a little kink into DUN.

With a subscription to your cellular carrier's data service (contact them for price & availability) you can easily use Motorola's Mobile Phone Tools at http://www.cellularaccessory.com/svn5000b.htm l For the Samsung X426/ X427 series, use http://www.cellularaccessory.com/snapdialer.h tml or http://www.cellularaccessory.com/sssd0208006. html
