Depends on your budget and form factor you like. I would recommend the N95, N82, E71 or E51. Prices range from $450 to $260 off the net.
I have a Nokia N95-3 on AT&T, use the wifi all the time. I also have a $15 unlimited media package from AT&T that I find marginally useful but I live in a rural area.
