What happens if/when att finds out you "accidentally" were tethering w/o paying the extra profit to the Greedy B's? how often will they find out? any thoughts?

There is no time frame.

I have heard of them (not seen, as I do not work for AT&T) charging people out the butt cheeks for data usage while tethering and not paying for it.

Don't be cheap. If you want to tether your device, then pay for the option to do that. Any other way may be and can be considered by the carrier, and I've seen them press charges.

They're not greedy because they want to charge you for using a valuable service. Cute though that you call THEM greedy when YOU don't want to pay for things.

Yeah, I know the data is cheap on their end. So what? Profit is what the game is about. Remember, business first.

You'd do it to if you could, and don't tell me you wouldn't.
