Customer: I just got a new phone and there is something on my screen and it won't come off even if I turn off the phone
Me: Well what does it say ma'am
Customer: To Program dial *228 SEND
Me: Okay Ma'am go ahead and take the back off the phone and take the battery out for me...is it still there?
Customer: yeah I tried that already, it just won't go away.
Me: Ma'am is that a sticker on your display?
Customer:.........:peeling noise:.....ummmm yeah.......
Me: okay is there anything else I do for you today?
