Customer: This is the 6th phone I've bought at full price in 13 months. I keep losing them.

Me: Perhaps you would like to consider our handset insurance. That would limit your replacement cost to only $50.

Customer: What? And spend an extra $3.99 a month? ARE YOU NUTS?
