Watch out when you try to port in a Nextel #. Most customers have no idea that they even HAVE a password on their Nextel account, but if you submit a port request without the password, it falls out EVERY TIME (they say "resolution required-account info does not match")

Haven't had any problems with port ins from AT&T, Cingular or Sprint Smile
