The only problems with ports that I have had has been porting from Cricket. The other companies have been going through in a matter of hours (one AT&T to Verizon port happened in 10 minutes, no joke). I double check their info, and the customers are bringing me their bills, but they still have trouble porting from Cricket. It has taken a couple of days. Not good when you compare to the other companies.
AT&T? Zowie... I guess they fixed all their problems with Siebel7.
I've done quite a few Centennial-to-VZW ports that have gone through in 3 or 4 hours, and 2 Cingular ports yesterday that took 90 minutes.
