I'm pretty much done with customers in general. Figure ish out on your own. Don't call in and say that it's my fault your service was disconnected when you didn't pay your bill for two months. Or that financial services being closed on Sunday is a reason for you to cancel without paying an ETF.
Let's use our brains and think before we call in to gripe about the fact that you couldn't exchange your phone after you've had it for two months. If you didn't like it from the beginning, you should have returned it sooner!
