Problem Exists Between Chair And Keyboard

So in the process of writing notes on a customers account I somehow rotate the screen,

I wave over a manager because i can't remember how to fix it

they look at my screen and laugh

then they have to get a tech support person to fix it

he looks at the screen, looks at me, shakes his head in disbelief

then it takes him a couple of tries to remember how to fix it...

I was still taking calls while they were waiting for the tech
