Working in retail has somewhat affected how I look at certain types of customers and how they get dealt with.

For example:
Customer: You speaka da esaponal? (thick spanish accent)
Me: No how can I help you ?
Customer: speaka espanol?
Me: Nonone does... Paying bill?
Customer: (customer rattles on in spanish)
Me: (after typing in to google translate what do they need help with)
Customerh yes bill
Me: Number?
Customer: Jose sapata
Me: Number???
Customer: *shrugs*
Me: (a few minutes go by of more spanish I dont understand) Your bill is $425. Cash or card?
Customer: What?! i thought i pay $80 dollares (accent mostly gone by this point)
Me: I thought you didnt speak English sir??
