The "I'm so important that you should know who I am" customers

the ones that call in, and begin the call with, " Yeah, this is Bill Johnson, blah blah fix my issue..."

they don't feel that they should have to give you a wireless #, you should know who they are, already know their #, and should be overjoyed to serve them.... Rolling Eyes
