How do you keep newbs from stealing your desk?
I'm not in a call center, so I'm usually training the newbs.
When ps is dead how do you pass time between calls?
I'm either doing real work, or doing something on my Android.
Do the stains on the chairs scare you?
A little. We have one chair that a kid pooped on. That was fun... The carpet stains scare me more though.
Have you ever had an inter-office romance?

When do you promote a phone that is sub par at best?
Typically only when the customer says tells me their entitled to a free upgrade.
What's your catch phrase for diffusing a customer?
I don't have one. It depends on the situation. Most of the time I just let them rant until they realize whatever their problem is isn't my fault and that I'm going to try to fix it anyway.
