when do you promote a phone that is sub par at best?

When someone absolutely wants a Blackberry, I hate blackberries, or when they need a phone with no Camera, or don't want to spend too much on a phone and have like no tenure.

I don't really have one.... Usually just something to the extent of, I can certainly understand your concerns here, and I would be frustrated as well, but believe me when I say that we will get this issue fixed for you on this call.
