when do you promote a phone that is sub par at best? I try not to. I'll tell them it's sub-par and recommend something better.
what's your catch phrase for diffusing a customer? "Yeah, I'd be upset too. Come have a seat and we'll sort this out. Sometimes you just need someone who knows the right questions to ask and the right people to ask them to."
