I don't think I've ever gone over 2,000 personally. Usually I'll average around 1,000 a month. Texts go faster than you realize. I have a friend who was on a limited texting plan when he got his first girlfriend. We were coming back home from a concert and stopped at a gas station to get soda, and he checked something and apparently had gone over his limit by almost $150 in overages
