New to smartphones...

Today an older woman came in to buy her first smartphone, and she asked me to tell her all about "Suri" and about "those Druid phones". I didn't have the heart to correct her, and it took about 15 minutes for her to catch on to the way I was pronouncing them.

Just had a lady with a 4s that had a defective sim, so i switched it out in the system with a new one, popped the sim tray out, and popped the new sim directly into the phone. without putting it in the tray first. Needless to say it was a nightmare trying to get it out. Ive never done that before, and man did i feel like a tool. 🤭
