Me: I'm sorry to hear that. I'm afraid HTC has not confirmed this release date, and I would only take information that you see on sites as a rumor until HTC and Sprint have announced a new date.
Customer: So what do you mean you cant find my order?
Me: I'm afraid I did not mention I was unable to locate your order.
Customer: yes you did say that you were unable to locate it
Me: I'm afraid I do not see that message, may I ask where you see that message saying I was unable to locate your order?
