Me: Thank you for calling and have a great day.
Caller: Thank you.
*A minute goes by...*
Me: Is there something else I can help you with?
Caller: Oh! Uhhh, no... thank you.. *Click*
OR.....
Me: Thank you for calling and have a great day.
Caller: Thank you.
*Immediately starts screaming at husband/wife while walking away from the phone*
Caller: Harold!/Harriet! I told you to take the G** D*** dog outside now LOOK AT WHAT HE JUST DID!!! Jeeezus C****t, Now I gotta clean all this s*** up...

People: The phone is not going to hang up for you. You need to either A) Place the phone back on the receiver or B) See that 'END CALL' button? PRESS IT!!
