VZW reps- our system is down, is yours?
Our account maintenance system through VZW is down. So is our support center's system. We cannot view or manage accounts, haven't been able to at all today. I'm in western NC, and I'm wondering how widespread this outage is. So to all my fellow VZW reps, give me a shout if you're dead in the water today and tell me where you are! 🙄
