Customer: Thank you for visiting Sprint. What questions can I answer for you today?
You: want to port my number xxx-xxx-xxxx to landline phone it is possible
Jessica: I'd be happy to check into that for you.
Me: In order to better assist you, I will need to ask you a few questions.
Me: May I have your first and last name please?
Customer: My first name is xxxxxx and the last name is xxxxxxx
Customer: Thank you and may I ask if the number you have provided above is a Sprint number?
You: Yes,.
Customer: Thank you. One moment please.
Customer: I was able to locate your account with the number provided. Before we continue, I will need to authenticate your account. The following questions are designed to prevent fraud. May I have your account PIN please?
You: just want to know will I be able to trnasfer this number to landline number and nothign else
Customer: This is very simple concern
Jessica: Just to clarify, you are wanting to port your Sprint wireless number to your Landline carrier?
Customer: Yes
Customer: I am on line
Jessica: Thank you. I will need to authenticate the account before continuing, so that I will be able to notate your account accordingly.
Customer: You can not do anything man, A simple question and you have no answer go
Me: I'm sorry you feel that way. I would suggest contacting your Landline carrier to see if that is an option. I'm afraid I would not have any available information in regards to the Landline carrier and their ability of porting numbers.
Me: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Customer: Can you give me landline carrier number
Me: I'm afraid I would not have access to your landline carrier contact numbers, I will only have access to Sprint related systems.
Customer: You are just wasting your time and my time as well, pls dissonnect this chat
You: Simply say I do not knw anything just sitting there to pass time
Me: I'm sorry you feel that way. I'm only able to assist with Sprint related inquiries like checking order status, or processing a return/exchange. You may click the X button at the top of the window to close the chat as well.
Me: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Customer: what you have assisted nothing
Me: closers.
You: do not ask any question any more, plese discounnect
Customer loses connection

Die a slow painful death.
