Has anyone ever accidentally cursed at or told a customer off?

a couple of weeks ago I accidentally slipped up and said to a customer " B%#@h you buggin', I said no" . I didnt even realize it until she came in today and wouldn't even look me in my face. One of my coworkers told me I kinda scared and shocked her with what I said. I didn't even realize I said it out loud

.

So what about you guys?
