Spanish calls
I'm sick and tired of our company; if you want me to take spanish calls pay me more.

But seriously, I'm tired of them sending us an email that says we are required to take spanish calls (and get an interpritor(Sp))instead of transfering them to the spanish line.. .

thats easy, take the call, and speak english.- no one said yo need to speak spanish in tha call 😎 at the end cust will hung up.-

when i was taking calls we also were supposed to take those calls (spanish), and i just stared speaking english until they hang up 😈 , i mean dont take me wrong im latin american and prefer spanish over english but i just dont get paid to speak spanish, beside there is a hole diferent line for those calls and i wont be working my ass of with a queue of 250 calls waiting while spanish queue had 5-15 min availabe time.- 😕 .-
